- When you are logged into our Cloud Portal website, click on the Services box
- Click on the service that is listed on the Manage Products & Services website that you would like to upgrade
- Then click on the green Upgrade button, located next to the red Cancel button
- Select the plan that you would like to upgrade to from the list and then click on the blue Choose Product button
Once you have completed the billing process, our system will automatically apply the new resources to your service for you.
Please Note
If you are hosted on a OpenVZ virtual server and wish to upgrade to a XEN virtual server, you will need to purchase a XEN virtual server plan from our website. This is because they are different virtual platforms.
