When you are viewing your Elastic Cloud service through our Cloud Portal website, you will be able to also manage your Elastic Cloud resources.
By managing your Elastic Cloud resources, you will be able to provision new Cloud Servers using the new resources that you have upgraded to.
- When you are logged into our Cloud Portal, click on the Services box
- When you are viewing My Products & Services website, click on your Elastic Cloud service
- Located at the bottom of the website, you will be able to see the current resources that are allocated to your Elastic Cloud. Here, you can also see the amount of resources that have been used and the resources that you have available to use.
- Located at the top of the website, you can click on the link to Upgrade/Downgrade Options. This will take you to the website to upgrade the resources for your Elastic Cloud.
- Memory Limit
- Storage Limit
- Bandwidth Limit
- CPU Core Limit
- IP Addresses
- Memory Limit
- Once you have selected the resources you would like to upgrade/downgrade, then click on the Click to Continue blue button to complete the order.
- Once you have completed the order, the new resources will be applied to your Elastic Cloud.
