Reward Points can be redeemed for account credit only and can be done through our Cloud Portal by clicking on the Reward Points button after logging in.

Once our customer has reached the required minimum amount of points that can be transferred into account credit, the account credit can than be used towards a invoice or purchasing a new service or add-on.
