We have a number of teams that look after each of our services.  For any technical support or other types of enquiries you may have, you can use the below teams to contact them and discuss how we can help you.

  • Technical Support
    Our Technical Support team are available to help you with any support request for cloud hosting, virtual servers, dedicated servers and colocation.  Our support team can help with any questions you may have or help with any technical assistance you may need for us.

    Available: 24 hours, 7 days a week.
    Response Time: 5 - 30 minutes.


  • Helpdesk
    Our Helpdesk is available for our Corporate Cloud customers.  The Helpdesk team can assist with any request that you may have for our Virtual Desktop, Hosted Exchange, files or backup requests.

    Available: 24 Hours, 7 days a week.
    Response Time: 5 - 30 minutes.


  • Provisioning
    Our provisioning team are here to help with the provisioning for new services and product or service add-ons. 

    Available: Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm (Brisbane, Queensland timezone).
    Response Time: 5 - 30 minutes.


  • Domains
    Our domains team can assist with any enquiries for domain name registrations, transfers and renewals.  Any DNS enquiries must be raised with our Technical Support Team.

    Available: Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm (Brisbane, Queensland timezone)
    Response Time: Within 60 minutes.


  • Sales Team
    Our Sales team are available to help you with providing you with the best product that you may be looking for from our range of services that we offer.  Our Sales team can also assist with custom product enquiries and upgrading your services.

    Available: 24 hours, 7 days a week.
    Response Time: 5 - 30 minutes.


  • Accounts & Billing
    Our Accounts and Billing team can assist with any enquiries that you may have for any general billing enquiries that you may have including queries for invoices and other billing matters.

    Available: Monday to Friday; 9am - 5pm (Brisbane, Queensland timezone)
    Response Time: Within 48 hours.


  • Customer Care
    Our Customer Care team is available to discuss anything with them including raising a request to change account information, discuss anything with them that may be fit in with the above teams.

    Available: Monday to Friday; 9am - 5pm (Brisbane, Queensland timezone)
    Response Time: Within 24 hours.
