You can upgrade your VPS to the next available plans through our Cloud Portal. Upgrades are provisioned automatically.
- When you are logged into the Cloud Portal, click on the Services box
- When you are viewing My Products & Services website, click on the Virtual Server that you would like to upgrade
- When you are viewing the Virtual Server on the Manage Product website, you can click on the green Upgrade button
- On the Upgrade/Downgrade website, you can select the plan that you would like to upgrade to
- Once you have selected the plan and the billing period, you can click on the blue Choose Product button
- Then select the Payment Method you would like to use to complete the order
- Once payment has been confirmed as paid, your service will be automatically upgraded to your new plan
