You can cancel your cPanel license through our Cloud Portal. By cancelling your license through our Cloud Portal, you will also be deactivating your license with cPanel.
- When logged into our Cloud Portal, click on the Services box
- After loading the Services website, than select your cPanel license that you would like to cancel
- When you are viewing the details for your active services, you can click on the red Cancel button
- On the Cancellation website, enter in the Reason for cancelling the license
- Select if you would like to cancel the service Immediately or End of Billing Period
- Click on the red Request Cancellation button once you have completed the form
