You can access and manage your Cloud hosting account from our Cloud Portal.  After logging into our Cloud Portal, you can setup and manage your e-mail and ftp accounts, MySQL databases and much more.

1. When logging into Cloud Portal, click on the Services box
   
   
2. When you are viewing My Products & Services website, click on your Cloud Hosting service
   
   
3. When you are viewing the Manage Product website, scroll down to find the links where you can manage your Cloud Hosting service
   
   
   1. You can create, manage and delete e-mail accounts
      
      
   2. You can create, manage and delete e-mail forwarders
      
      
   3. You can create, manage and delete MySQL databases and user accounts that access your MySQL databases
      
      
   4. You can create, manage and delete sub-domain names and domain name addresses
      
      
   5. You can manage your SSL Certificates
      
      
   6. Access your data through File Manager
      
      
   7. Remove your IP address from the servers firewall
      
      
4. You may also directly log into your cPanel control panel and webmail portal by clicking the buttons are the bottom of the website
