You can setup a MySQL database user our Cloud Portal.  This lets the user account add, alter, delete data and execute other SQL queries.

1. When you are logged into our Cloud Portal, click on the Services box
   
   
2. When you are viewing My Products & Services website, click on your Cloud Hosting service
   
   
3. When scrolling down, click on the MySQL Databases button
   
   
4. When you are on the MySQL Databases website, scroll down until you see the Add User To Database fields
   
   
5. Enter in the information that is needed to create your new MySQL database user account
   
   
   1. Enter in the MySQL database username
      
      
   2. Enter in the MySQL database password
      
      
6. Once you have enetred in this information, then click on the green Create button
