Yes, we can migrate your web hosting account from any other web hosting provider free of charge for you, provided that they too, are using the cPanel control panel.

You can request for us to migrate you web hosting account by making this request with our Technical Support team.

1. First, sign up for the web hosting plan that you would like to purchase with us.
   
   
2. Once you have received your provisioning email from us, this will contain your new Cloud Hosting login details
   
   
3. Submit a request to our technical support team to migrate your account
   
   
4. Include the cPanel account information that we will need to complete the migration
   
   
   1. Include the server address, IP address or your domain name that is hosted on that server
      
      
   2. Include your cPanel username
      
      
   3. Include your cPanel password
      
      
   4. Let us know a suitable time
      
      
5. Once we have this information, we can proceed with the migration for you.

Please Note: We can only migrate 1 account per request.  For resellers, we can migrate multiple cPanel account with the provided details that are requested above.
