Retention points can help you to restore from the most recent backup that was taken from our Cloud Hosting servers or from a backup previously taken in the past 24 hours.  Our Economy and Reseller Cloud Hosting plans will have 4 retention points with a backup that will run once every 6 hours while our Business Cloud Hosting plans include a backup that will run once every hour.


Economy Cloud Hosting
We will hold up to a total of 4 retention points and all 4 retention points will be merged together everyday at 1AM.

Business Cloud Hosting
We will hold up to a total of 168 retention points and all 168 retention points will be merged together every Monday morning at 1AM.

Reseller Cloud Hosting
We will hold up to a total of 4 retention points and all 4 retention points will be merged together everyday at 1AM.


All retention points will consist of the users home directory from the server and will also include the users SQL database.

Retention points can be found by logging directly into your cPanel account and clicking on the R1Soft icon.
