Yes, you can re-install your servers operating system by logging into our VPS control panel.

When you have successfully logged into the VPS control panel and you can view the server details, you will find a Reinstall button located at the bottom of the website.

When you click on the Reinstall button, this will take you through to a list of operating systems that you can select from.

After selecting your new operating system from the list, you can click on the Reinstall button at the bottom of the website.  This will take your server offline to rebuild the server with a new operating system.

Please Note:  You should backup all of your data before re-installing your servers operating system.  Any data on the server will be lost once you initiate the servers re-installation.


Logging into our VPS Control Panel
If you do not know the website address, username and password to log into our VPS control panel, you can raise a request with our Technical Support Team who can re-send you your provisioning e-mail.
