Can I reboot, shutdown and boot up my server? Print

Yes, you can reboot, shutdown and boot up your server through our Cloud Portal or through our VPS control panel.

You can do this by logging into our Cloud Portal and following our online guide.

Logging into our VPS Control Panel
If you do not know the website address, username and password to log into our VPS control panel, you can raise a request with our Technical Support Team who can re-send you your provisioning e-mail.
