We support a number of payment methods for our customers to use.

These payment methods include

• Credit Card
• bPay
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal

To alter your payment method to one of the payment methods listed above, you can view our How to update your Payment Method knowledgebase article.

When using our Credit Card and PayPal payment facilities, these payments will automatically mark your invoice as paid once payment has been completed electronically.

When using our Bank Transfer and bPay payment options, these payments may take up to 2 working days to clear and will be processed through our billing system by our Accounts & Billing team during business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
