Why is my invoice still Unpaid? Print

If you have completed your invoice payment by Bank Transfer or bPay, this can take up to approximately 2 working days to complete.  Our Accounts & Billing team will mark your invoice as paid once the payment has been logged in our system.

Payment by Credit Card and PayPal are instantaneous and will mark your invoice as paid once the payment is completed within a few moments.

If your invoice still remains Unpaid, please contact our Accounts & Billing team so that we can help to resolve this and avoid any disruptions to your services.
