How to cancel your service Print

You can cancel your service through the Cloud Portal website when you have successfully logged in.

1. When logged into our Cloud Portal, click on the Services box
   
   
2. After loading the Services website, than select the service you would like to cancel
   
   
3. When you are viewing the details for your active services, you can click on the red Cancel button.
   
   
4. On the Cancellation website, enter in the Reason for cancelling the service
   
   
5. Select if you would like to cancel the service Immediately or End of Billing Period
   
   
6. Click on the red Request Cancellation button once you have completed the form
