How to open a Support ticket Print

You can open a support ticket through our Cloud Portal when you may need assistance from one of our team members.

  1. When logged into our Cloud Portal, click on the Open New Ticket button that is located in the Recent Support Tickets box

  2. On the Open Ticket website, select the department that you would like to contact

  3. On the form that will be submitted to our team, enter in the Subject of the ticket

  4. Select the Related Service that your enquiry may link to

  5. Enter in a detailed message for our team members.  When entering in your message, try to add in as much information as possible

  6. Attach any files (like screenshots or log files) that may help us

  7. Click on the blue Submit button once you have completed the form
