How to remove your IP from a Cloud Hosting server firewall Print

You can remove your IP from our Cloud Hosting Servers through our Cloud Portal.  Once you have removed your IP, you will be able to access your website, e-mails accounts and cPanel control panel.

  1. When you are logged into our Cloud Portal, click on the Services box

  2. When you are viewing My Products & Services website, click on your Cloud Hosting service

  3. When scrolling down, click on the Unban IP Address button

    1. When you are on the Unban IP Address website, it will automatically detect your IP

    2. If you wish to unban another IP address, you can change the IP address to an alternative IP

  4. Once you have the IP address in the Unban IP Address box, click on the green Unban button
