You can disable the 2-step authentication layer for your Cloud Portal website login.

1. When you are logged into Cloud Portal, click on the green Update button that is located on the left hand side of the website
   
   
2. When you are on the My Details website, you can click on Security Settings button that is located on the left hand side of the website
   
   
3. Wehn you are on the Security Settings - Two-Factor Authentication website, you can click on the red Click here to Disable button
   
   
4. Enter in your Cloud Portal login password to confirm that you want to disable the 2-Step Authentication login
   
   
5. Once you have entered in your Cloud Portal login password, then click on the yellow Disable Two-Factor Authentication button
   
   
6. The Cloud Portal website will then confirm that your 2-Step Authentication has been successfully disabled
