Identification may be requested from our Sales or Management team to help us with verifying any of your contact details in our system.

When we request for any form of identification from you, this can only be a Government issued identification card (e.g. Drives license or Passport) and is more recently up to date.  Identification cards that we may request must also be provided to us in English to help us to verify the details.

Your identification is kept confidential and will be properly secured in line with our Privacy Policy.
