Each of our technical support team members are trained to deliver level 2 or level 3 technical support roles.

Our technical support team members are trained with specialised Linux skills while our level 3 team members are certified.  We also have Microsoft Windows Certified Engineers who work within our Corporate Cloud divison.

Each of our technical support team members will be happy to assist you with any questions that you may have.
