Please follow below given steps to check the registrar lock for the domain from the client area.
1. Login to the client area at the URL https://cloudportal.exigent.com.au
2. Click on My Domains under Domains tab
3. Click on Manage Domain using drop down list for desired domain
4. Click on Registrar Lock left-hand side panel
Here you can see if the registrar lock is currently enabled or not and can change the status as required.
