Please use following steps to renew the domain from the client area.
1. Login to the client area at the URL https://cloudportal.exigent.com.au
2. Click on Renew Domains under Domains tab
3. Click on Add to Cart then Click View Cart
4. Click on Checkout button.
5. You will get different payment options like Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card
Thus using any above payment method option you can renew your domain.
